Shipping & Returns
We’re excited to bring the taste of Jamaica straight to your door! Please review our shipping options below before placing your order.
SHIPPING OPTIONS | We currently offer two shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping – US $9 | Delivery: 18 to 28 days from the order date
This is our economical option for customers who don’t mind a longer wait.
2. Express Shipping – US $35 | Delivery: 3 to 5 business days from the order date
Ideal for customers who want their Jamaican snacks delivered fast.
SHIPPING NOTES | Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs processing or carrier delays. Orders are processed and shipped from Jamaica to the United States.
Returns & Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering authentic Jamaican snacks directly from Jamaica to the United States with care and quality.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL | Due to the nature of international shipping and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
DAMAGED OR EXPIRED ITEMS | If your order arrives with items that are damaged or expired, we are happy to offer a free replacement of those items under the following conditions:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence must be provided showing the damage or expiration date. The damage must be the result of shipping or an error on our part (e.g., sending expired products).
NOTE: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement items.
HOW TO REQUEST REPLACEMENT | To request a replacement, please email us at yaadcartja@gmail.com with the following:
Your order number, Photos of the damaged or expired item(s) and
a brief description of the issue.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for processing your replacement shipment.
